Terms and Conditions
If you cancel your reservation within fourteen (14) days of your arrival, we will make every effort to resell the room. However, if we are unable to do so, your stay will be non-refundable. All room reservation payments are processed in full seven (7) days prior to arrival (non-refundable). All cancellations prior to 14 days incur a $25.00 fee.
- Please note we are a walk-up facility with no elevator. We are a 3-story Inn which has two handicapped rooms available on the ground floor.
- Internet service is available free of charge.
- Check in is at 3:00 P.M.
- Check out is at 11:00 A.M.
- Office hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Sunday through Saturday.
- Evening staff is available until 9:00 P.M. for late check-ins and reservations.
- Parking is limited to one vehicle per room — you will be given an Inn parking pass to place on your vehicle dashboard where it is visible.
- Late arrivals — please notify the office when you plan to arrive after office hours — we will make arrangements for your key pick-up.
- We reserve the right to ask anyone disturbing other guests to leave the premises and/or be charged a fee per incident. Any excessive housekeeping issues will be charged $20.00/hour to your credit card.
- Extra guests in rooms will be charged $25.00 per person. You will need to notify office staff of extra guests in room.

The Inn at Fairfield Beach staff will assist guests by making reservations for dining, theater or sporting events, and suggest local events and shopping areas.
